Placing an Order  

All items in our catalog may be ordered by any of three methods:

Secure Online Ordering: ... using our secure shopping cart.

By Phone:   Simply call us at (208) 265-9151 to place your order. Our hours are 10am to 6pm Pacific Time.

By Mail:   Once you have completed your shopping and have filled in the shipping information, simply print the order without submitting it and mail to:

You may pay for your purchase by credit card, check or money order.
Sorry no COD's.

To Place an Online Order:

1.  Click the 'Add to Cart' link next to the item you would like to purchase.

2.  You will immediately be taken to our shopping cart where you may make any adjustments desired as to quantity.

3.  At any time, by clicking the View Cart Button, you will immediately be taken to our shopping cart where you can view a list of products selected and make any adjustments desired.

4.  Once you have completed your shopping, click the View Cart button select "Check Out".


 
Shipping & Returns:

Shipping rates quoted on our shopping cart apply only to shipping within the continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is through Priority Mail and may exceed the shipping rates quoted on the shopping cart.  If this is so, you will be contacted via e-mail for approval of any extra charges.

Our Free Shipping over $75.00 offer applies to packages sent only to shipping within the continental U.S. via ground services or for smaller weight packages via priority mail.

We ship via UPS or Priority Mail to all 50 U.S. states.  Faster guaranteed delivery such as Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Services are available at the rates charged by UPS.

World-wide shipping is available through the postal system.  If you want a quote for shipping, place the request in the comments area of the order page.


Packaging:  If your order arrives in a used box with foam peanuts, please do not be offended. We recycle sturdy boxes whenever we can to reduce waste.


Returns:  All returns must be reported to receive a return authorization number prior to the return.


Damaged Merchandise:   It is your responsibility to report any damaged merchandise immediately.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, returns must be made within 30 days following the shipment date.  You will be credited the amount of the merchandise as long as it is in acceptable resale condition.  Sorry but we cannot refund the shipping costs.

After 30 days and up to 60 days, as long as the merchandise is in acceptable resale condition, we will accept a returned item for exchange only for an item(s) of equal or greater value.  You will be charged the shipping and if applicable, any extra merchandise charge.  Sorry, but no returns are accepted after 60 days.


Damaged Merchandise:  It is your responsibility to report any damaged merchandise immediately.

If you return an order intact which totalled over $75.00 (with the free shipping bonus) within the acceptable limits posted above, we will credit your product total but you will be charged for the shipping.

If you place an order totaling over $75.00 which received free shipping and then return only a part of the order within the acceptable limits posted above which would have brought the product total to less than the $90.00 required ... you will receive credit for the merchandise returned. You will also be charged shipping for what would have been charged for the original order.


Refused Shipments:  50% re-stocking fee (+ shipping charge if product total is over $90.00 and received free shipping.)  Shipping costs are not refunded.
