At Western Classics, we respect your privacy to the fullest extent and never share any information about our customers with a third party.  This includes customer names, addresses, phone numbers, credit card information and e-mail address.

Information provided when ordering is used to process and deliver your order to the address you request.  Your payment information allows us to bill your credit card company.  If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

We often use testimonials from our customers in printed material or on our website, but only when we have express permission to do so.  Testimonials come from customer comments sent or e-mailed directly to us.

Shipping rates quoted on our shopping cart apply only to ground shipping within the continental U.S., our choice of shipping method.  We can also ship via UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.  We encourage you to contact us or call us at (866) 629-9338 for a shipping quote.

Shipping and Returns:

Shipping rates quoted on our shopping cart apply only to ground shipping within the continental U.S., our choice of shipping method.

Unless otherwise requested, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and International Shipping is via the Postal Service and may exceed the shipping rates quoted on our shopping cart.  We will contact you via e-mail or phone for approval of any extra shipping charges.

Our Free Shipping over $ 99.00 offer applies to packages sent only to shipping within the continental U.S. via ground services or for smaller weight packages via the Postal Service, our choice.

Packaging :   If your order arrives in a used box with foam peanuts, please do not be offended.  We recycle sturdy boxes whenever we can to reduce waste.

Damaged Merchandise :   It is your responsibility to report any damaged merchandise immediately.

Returns :  All returns must be reported to receive a return authorization number prior to the return.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, returns must be made within 30 days following the shipment date.  You will be credited the amount of the merchandise less actual shipping costs as long as it is in acceptable resale condition.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refused Shipments :   Unless you have first contacted us for approval and specific instructions, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 25% of the merchandise total.  In addition, shipping costs will not be refunded.  If the order included free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping.
